This bear was made from Teddy bear parade. Love this cartridge. The bear and all her parts were cut at 3.25 inches. The white card base is 6.5 x 5. The gray mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The stripped mat is 6 x 4.5. The gray border is 6.25 x 1.5. The stripped border is 6 x 1. I stamped it with Cardz TV "Make a wish" stamps. I added gems to the bear's headpiece. I used glossy accents to her eyes and nose
