Tourist
This card was made with Teddy bear parade at 3.25 inches along with all his parts. My card base is 6.5 x 5. Thw brown mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The stripped mat is 6 x 4.5. The brown border is 45 x 1.5. The inside mat is 4.25 x 1.25. I used Cardz TV "fun in the sun" stamp set for my sentiment. I added two brown buttons.
