Party time

This birthday card was made from everyday paper dolls at 3.5 inches. To make the ice cream cone I cut it twice in two different colors and cut it in half. For the balloon I replaced the paper string for twine. I added rhinestones in her bows. I used peachy keen stamp for the face and pink chalk for her cheeks  My card base is 6.5 x 5. The red mat is 6.25 x 4.75. The patterned mat is 6 x 4.5. The middle green piece is made with elegant edges at 5 inches.
